The Work Winning / Bid Manager will reportto our company Director of Bidding and lead opportunity pursuit forkey clients in Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare and Heritagesectors including major projects.

The Role
- Work Winning / Bid lead for opportunitiesacross the breadth of focus sectors.
- Support/manage the complete work winningprocess – from business development and early engagement, captureplanning and win strategy development, to commencing formalprocurement stage, all the way through to post tenderrequirements.
- Building and developing relationships with keystakeholders including Clients, Consultants and SupplyChain.
- Able todevelop a detailed and co-ordinated bid programme ensuring all keytasks are identified and resourced appropriately.
- Develop bid budgets and monitorthroughout the bid process.
- Manage governance requirements at corporate andfunctional levels in accordance with our company managementprocesses.
- Capable of developingqualitative responses, if required, on specificbids.
- Managequalitative bid review processes and be a key part of thatreview.
- Maintainour CRM information management system with biddata.
- Key memberof our Bid Management functional team supporting improvementactivities and development of our company wide bid processes andevidence gathering.
Yourprofile
- Experienced Work Winning/Bid Manager. We are particularlylooking for individuals with experience in private sectorbidding.
- Anexperienced and collaborative individual with the ability torespond quickly to changing situations.
- Experience of managing workwinning corporate governance.
- Effective management of bid teams to deliverhigh quality outputs, on time.
- Ideally qualified to degree level or above inan appropriate Built Environment qualification.
- Must possess the ability to coach,mentor and lead a diverse team to deliver best in class services toour Clients.
- Effective people management skills, leadership, andstrong negotiation experience.
- Have a flexible approach to working styles,working cross sector and geography.
- Highly developed organisational and planningskills, time management skills and written/oral communicationsskills.
