I’m working with one of the leading Independent National Construction Consultancies who are looking to add a Director level Quantity Surveyor, or Associate Director ready to step up, to oversee, grow and develop their service line across Manchester and Leeds.
You will be managing a team of 5 QS’s across the two offices as well as helping to deliver on a range of high-profile projects across several sectors, including industrial, office, purpose-built student accommodation and build to rent.
Existing clients such as Railpen, Aviva Investors, Legal & General, Grainger, Knight Frank Investment Management, GIC, abrdn, and M&G.
