Bowker Motor Group in Preston Docklands is recruiting a Preparation Centre Manager to lead the busy preparation centre at our BMW/MINI Centre. The role reports to the Service Manager and requires hands-on leadership, excellent communication and the ability to coordinate scheduling, resources and repairs.
You will work with Sales Managers and Workshop Manager to maximise efficiency, ensure on-time completion, and foster a safe, productive environment.
