Debt Recovery Solicitor – Public Sector (Adult Social Care)

BCP Council is recruiting a Debt Recovery Lawyer to undertake high-quality legal work in Adult Social Care debt recovery. You will advise client teams and progress matters from pre-action through to enforcement, applying an invest-to-save approach to protect public funds.

You will manage a varied caseload, including care charging, estates and vulnerable adults, with supervision as needed and a focus on practical, proportionate outcomes.
