Hybrid Legal Counsel: Corporate & Project Contracts

Llanelli-based high-tech engineering company is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to support corporate, project and commercial matters. Flexible hours, part-time or full-time to suit the applicant, with in-office work and optional hybrid days.

You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, review project contracts such as EPC/EPCM, provide day-to-day legal guidance, and ensure compliance and risk management across the business.
