Identity Strategy Lead — Principal Business Analyst

Hippo, a digital consultancy, is seeking a Principal Business Analyst (Identity) to lead strategic Identity discovery, assessment and delivery across client engagements. You will work with senior clients, product teams, architects and engineers to shape direction and prioritise outcomes.

You will build Hippo’s internal Identity capability, mentor other BAs and contribute to growth through bids and pre-build work. The role requires credible stakeholder management and practical identity expertise.
