Regional Leader, East Anglia Field Sales — Coach & Grow

Octopus Energy is seeking a Regional Leader for East Anglia to grow and develop its Norfolk field sales team. You will coach a young, ambitious group, set high standards for performance and culture, and drive customer acquisition and retention through face‑to‑face engagements.

You’ll spend most of your time on venues with your team, using data and insights to coach toward targets, while collaborating with senior leaders to scale growth across East Anglia.
