Senior Claims Ops Leader – Large Loss & PI

The AA is recruiting a Senior Operations Manager – Large Loss & Personal Injury in Tunbridge Wells. You will lead the Personal Injury and Large Loss claims teams, driving performance, governance and customer outcomes in a hybrid setup with three days in the office.

You will shape continuous improvement, manage complex claims, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure regulatory standards and strategic priorities are met.
