Workshop Operations & Compliance Support Lead

Babcock is hiring a Workshop Supervisor Support in Wareham/Lulworth, Dorset to ensure smooth day-to-day workshop operations. You will back frontline supervisors with administrative tasks, compliance checks and coordination, enabling safe, high-quality engineering outputs.

The role is based onsite with 37 hours per week (Mon–Thu) and requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and ERP systems, plus SC security clearance. Training and benefits are provided.
