MEP Pre-Construction Lead – Mechanical (Hybrid)

Our client is seeking an MEP Pre-Construction Manager – Mechanical to lead the technical development of mechanical packages from opportunity through to contract handover. The role is based in Reading on a hybrid basis with travel to UK projects as required.

You will work with Technical Commercial Managers, estimators, consultants and specialist contractors to reduce risk, improve tender clarity and ensure a clear handover to delivery teams, while developing Technical Services procedures.
