Frontline Estate Services Manager – Residents First

Southern Housing is seeking an experienced Estate Services Manager to lead frontline estate services across a defined geographic area. You will manage teams delivering grounds maintenance, cleaning and waste management with a strong focus on safety and resident experience.

Based at a local estate office, you will oversee day-to-day service delivery, conduct inspections, and work with contractors and Housing and Neighbourhood colleagues to improve standards and respond to issues.
