Mechanical Contracts Lead – South West

Pertemps TMdevon is recruiting a Mechanical Contracts Manager to lead mechanical projects in the South West, delivering from award to handover. The role encompasses managing site teams, procurement, and coordinating with clients across Defence, Education and Healthcare sectors.

The successful candidate will drive project delivery on £2m+ schemes, ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance, and maintain strong client relationships, while navigating JCT and Design & Build contracts.
