HSE Manager (Health, Safety & Environment Manager) – a multi–disciplinary consultancy is searching for a HSE Manager (Health, Safety & Environment Manager) to join the growing team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a HSE Manager (Health, Safety & Environment Manager) to join a specialist project management and cost consultancy.
The company work across advanced manufacturing, commercial, education, sports and leisure sectors – with project values ranging up to 1bn.
The initial project is a major advanced manufacturing development which consists of several projects ranging between 20m – 100m (total value of 1bn).

Salary & Package
- Basic salary of 55,000 – 75,000 (DOE)

Key Duties
- Drive a strong safety culture across contractors and stakeholders
- Monitor compliance with HSE standards and Regulatory requirements
- Carry out audits, inspections and investigations
- Provide HSE performance reporting and improvement strategies
- Advise, challenge and influence teams on site
- Close out any HSE findings or corrective actions raised
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction HSE on new build projects
- Track record on large or complex schemes
- Background with a main contractor or construction consultancy
- Strong knowledge across the full construction lifecycle
- NEBOSH qualified (essential)
- Confident, credible, not afraid to challenge
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate experience as a HSE Manager (Health, Safety & Environment Manager) on high–value construction projects.
