The Flex, a fast-scaling operator of flexible accommodation, is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to own core financial processes, analyze performance and help the leadership team make data-driven decisions. You will partner with operations, revenue management and property teams across multiple jurisdictions.
You will build dashboards, manage budgets and forecasts, and support strategic initiatives including acquisitions, market launches and cost optimization.
