Clyde Valley Group is seeking a Senior Governance and Corporate Services Officer to join the Corporate Services Team. The role centers on governance, compliance and corporate support to enable confident decision-making and strong oversight across the Group.

You will lead governance processes, act as Data Protection Officer, support the Board and Committees, and manage a small team, driving improvements and ensuring robust, future-focused arrangements.
