Registered Manager – Children’s Home (Ofsted-Ready Leader)

PSR Solutions is seeking a Registered Manager for a Hartlepool children’s home. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure Ofsted requirements are met, and drive positive outcomes for young people and staff. This is a rewarding role in a leading provider of residential and educational care.

The role offers a base salary of £51,331–£63,553, plus a 10% annual bonus, on-call £2,500, attendance allowance £1,400, and a long-term incentive plan worth 30% of salary, with 7 weeks’ holiday.
