Ward Sister & Charge Nurse – Head & Neck Surgery Lead

Gissing Ward, a 23-bedded unit within Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, seeks a Ward Manager to lead a nursing team delivering complex head and neck surgical care with a focus on safe, compassionate practice.

You will work closely with the Matron and colleagues to maintain high standards, support service improvements, and ensure a positive environment for patients and staff. This is a key leadership role within a large teaching and research hospital.
