Pharmacist Manager

Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to join an established independent community pharmacy group in Castlerock. This role involves taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of the pharmacy, leading a dedicated team and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.

Key Requirements

• PSNI-registered Pharmacist
• Community pharmacy experience essential
• Previous management or supervisory experience essential
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Confident taking responsibility and making decisions in a busy environment
• Patient-focused, professional and approachable
• Commitment to continuing professional development
• Experience delivering NHS or private pharmacy services desirable but not essential
