Excelsior Group Limited is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery on residential schemes across Midlands and the South East. You will link sites with the wider business, drive construction programmes, manage site teams and report to Directors on progress and risk.
The role demands strong technical construction knowledge, leadership of site managers and subcontractors, and a solid understanding of sequencing, critical path and logistics. A UK driving licence is required.
