Queensmith in Birmingham seeks a Sales Consultant to guide customers through a high-end jewellery-buying journey, combining warmth, product knowledge and personalised service.

You will work with colleagues in Sales, Operations, and Production to ensure a seamless experience, meet sales targets, and promote services such as resizing and bespoke designs.

With 1–2 years in a customer-facing jewellery role and strong communication, you will help clients choose designs and build lasting relationships.
