Resourcing Team Lead – Infra Projects (Watford)

MSS Infrastructure Ltd is seeking an experienced Resourcing Team Manager to lead the Central Resourcing Team at the Watford Head Office. You will balance immediate staffing needs with longer-term workforce planning across rail and infrastructure projects, delivering a sustainable pipeline of skilled workers.

As a leader you will coach and develop a team, coordinate with Account Directors and Recruitment Consultants, and shape attraction strategies using job boards, social media and referrals.
