PCN Appeals Specialist – Hybrid Office & Field Support

Blue Arrow is recruiting a Pcn Appeals Team Officer in Bristol. The role is based in Bristol with a hybrid pattern: 1 day in the office per week, 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, and salary £14.20 per hour.

The post runs until April 2027, with training and meetings as required. You’ll support the Management of Place division by providing technical and customer service assistance, handling data, appeals against Penalty Charge Notices, and liaising with other departments.
