Warehouse Section Leader — Flexible Shifts & KPI Drive

ESPO, located at Grove Park near Leicester, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage core and seasonal staff across the warehouse. You will balance staffing across Goods In, Replenishment, Picking and Goods Out to ensure smooth flow and KPI achievement.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and proficient use of WMS and MS Office. You will lead 37 hours per week on alternating shifts (6-2 / 2-10), with a permanent contract and pro-rata pay for part-time arrangements.
