Retail Shift Leader — Flexible Hours & Team Impact

Tesco PLC is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise in-store teams and ensure a high standard of customer service across all store areas. You will work with colleagues to meet daily targets, coordinate shifts within availability windows and act as the store’s point of contact during the Manager’s absence.
