Branch Banking Customer Advocate

Nationwide in Chesterfield is seeking a Customer Representative to support customers in branch, by phone, and online. You will help with everyday transactions, answer queries, and guide people toward suitable banking services and digital tools, while contributing to a local high-street presence.

You’ll be part of a branch team with a 35-hour week, working Monday to Saturday, and will need a 45-minute commute. Training starts with an intensive three-week period before starting.
