FOH Assistant Manager, Luxury Wellness Clinic

Harrods Wellness Clinic seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Operations Manager in leading the Front of House team to deliver exceptional sales, service and guest experience. You’ll coach staff, drive performance improvements and ensure the team has the tools to perform at their best.

You will operate at a senior level resolving customer issues in FOH, including complex complaints and enquiries, while contributing to recruitment and people development across the clinic.
