Team Leader: Customer Experience & Sales Coach

The Body Shop in Windsor is seeking a Team Leader to supervise Customer Consultants, coach teams and uphold exceptional service standards. You will work with store management to drive sales, manage daily operations and help maintain our brand standards.

In this role you will lead by example, recruit and train new staff, coordinate between customers, team and manager, and ensure open and closing procedures are performed in line with store policies.
