The Role

• Manage and grow your own commercial property caseload
• Handle acquisitions, disposals, leases and landlord/tenant matters
• Advise SME and commercial clients across varied sectors
• Work on development, secured lending and portfolio management
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

About You

• Experienced Commercial Property Solicitor
• Existing following or strong client contacts
• Excellent technical and drafting skills
• Confident, proactive and business-focused
• Strong communicator with a collaborative approach
