Grove Collaborative is hiring a Principal UX Designer for a full-time remote role spanning USA, UK and Europe. You will lead the rebuild of Grove’s core store, turning a strategic vision into concrete design directions that Product and Engineering can implement, across homepage to checkout.
You will own the design system, mentor peers, and push craft standards, using AI prototyping to demonstrate value early in the process.
