North Region Interim Operations Director – Care Homes

Advinia Healthcare is seeking an experienced Interim Operations Director to lead eight care homes in the North Region for a 12-week, full-time assignment. The role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and focuses on safe, high-quality care and commercial performance.

You will drive performance across quality, workforce, occupancy and financial results, provide hands-on leadership to Home Managers and collaborate across clinical governance, quality, finance and estates.
