Senior Site Manager – Multi-Site Home Builds

Bromford seeks an experienced Site Manager to drive delivery of housing schemes across South Gloucestershire, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion. You will manage direct staff and subcontractors, coordinate materials and utilities, and hand over completed homes with minimal snagging.

The role requires leadership, strong knowledge of NHBC standards and building regulations, and certifications (SMSTS, Black CSCS, TWC). A full UK driving licence and travel are essential.
