Housing Support Specialist – Temp-to-Perm, Truro

BDS (Northern) Limited in Truro is recruiting a Housing Support Worker to assist vulnerable tenants in securing and maintaining accommodation. The role covers 36 hours per week on a rolling rota between 8:30am and 8:30pm, in a 15-space complex.

You will support residents with mental health issues, substance misuse or homelessness, conduct risk assessments, maintain records, and work with partners to promote independence and access to services. A DBS is required and driving may be needed.
