Senior Occupational Therapist – Care Homes (7-Day Service)

Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist (Band 5/6) to join the Care Homes Team. You will assess residents in care homes and enhanced assessment beds, develop therapy plans and support discharge planning within a multidisciplinary team.

The team delivers a 7-day therapy service across Harvest View and related sites, ensuring high-quality rehabilitation and patient-centered care in a diverse community.
