Empowerment-Focused Housing Support Worker

Homeless Link in Brent is seeking a Housing Support Worker who will support participants facing homelessness and related challenges. You will help develop tailored support plans, deliver practical interventions, and work with partners to signpost services.

You’ll join a trauma-informed, compassionate team, coordinating one-to-one and group sessions, with lone-working in some contexts and a rota designed to meet service needs. This role offers purposeful, community-focused work.
