Neurological Rehab Assistant — Community & Home Visits

Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Rehabilitation Assistant to join the Community Neurological Rehabilitation Service. You will support clinical teams, deliver patient care, and help with administrative tasks during visits to patients’ homes and at St Marys Hospital.

The role, permanent and 30 hours per week, requires prior healthcare experience, strong communication, and a flexible, patient‑centred approach with a drive to learn and develop within a supportive NHS team.
