Healthcare Assistant: Health & Wellbeing Interventions

Change Grow Live seeks a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join at HMP Wandsworth. The role supports the nursing team to develop care pathways and deliver interventions for service users, with a focus on opiate and alcohol support and harm reduction.

Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week). You will work within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to high-quality care while maintaining service-user centered approaches. DBS check is required.
