What you will do:
- Welcome participants and provide a professional, friendly, and supportive experience throughout their clinic visit.
- Explain clinic procedures and assist with informed consent processes in accordance with organisational policies.
- Carry out clinical observations including blood pressure, pulse, height, weight, and other health measurements.
- Safely perform venepuncture procedures and collect blood samples in line with clinical guidelines and competency requirements.
- Label, process, and prepare biological samples for laboratory transport and testing.
- Record participant information and clinical data accurately using electronic systems.
- Ensure clinical equipment is cleaned, maintained, and calibrated in accordance with local procedures.
