Therapeutic Children’s Residential Support (Complex Needs)

Brook Street in Northampton is seeking an experienced Children’s Residential Support Worker to provide 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 support to children with complex needs in a semi-independent residential setting. The role involves safeguarding, trauma-informed care and daily living support, with shifts including 12-hour days and waking nights.

Applicants should have a Level 3 Diploma/NVQ in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and prior experience in children’s residential care.
