Patient Pathway Coordinator: Fast-Track Outpatient Care

The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Patient Pathway Coordinator to lead the tracking of outpatient RTT pathways. By working closely with clinical and managerial staff, the post holder will ensure patients receive treatment as soon as possible and that national targets are met.

This role provides high standard professional and patient-focused administrative support to a range of Trust-wide specialties and will support day-to-day operations to improve patient flow.
