Senior Health Care Assistant (Nights) – Lead Care Team

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Senior Health Care Assistant for the Lakeview care home in Wigan during night shifts. You will work with the Nurse in Charge to lead a small care team in delivering high-quality care to residents.

Responsibilities include supporting personal care, meals, and wellbeing, promoting dignity and independence, and maintaining meticulous care records. A Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification and Maths/English at GCSE C or above are required.
