Job Description:
Zest is recruiting an NPD Technologist to join the food development team. You will work cross-functionally with Development, Technical, Operations and Supply Chain to take concepts from idea to handover for production.
You will run tastings, benchmark products, and ensure recipes meet brand and nutrition standards before sign-off. You’ll also build presentations covering recipe, cost, nutritionals, method, and documentation.
