Job Description:
iBC Healthcare supports individuals in the Midlands with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, dementia, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions. This role provides one-to-one support to an adult with mental health needs in Rotherham, guided by a PBS framework and personalised plans.
You will help build routines, enable independence, and promote community access, all while practicing trauma-informed care and maintaining dignity and respect in daily tasks and decision-making.
