Connections Coach: Rebuild Relationships & Wellbeing

Forward Trust is seeking a passionate Connections Coach for a full-time role at HMP Millsike. The position covers visits, family and relationship support, and desistance & wellbeing interventions.

You will deliver a relationship-led service to help residents rebuild connections, strengthen wellbeing, and move toward lasting desistance, within a recovery-focused prison ecosystem. The role is based on site at a rural prison location requiring a full driving licence and use of a car.
