About the team
Working closelywiththe Directors and Partners of the GlobalMobilityTeam, you will focus on expanding the reach of the practice and on thedeliveryof anexceptionalservice to yourclients,demonstratingyour solidtaxtechnicalcapabilitiesand building strong and lastingrelationshipswithyourclientbase. Combinedwiththis you will also beresponsiblefordevelopingand coaching junior members of theteam, and other functions needed for the efficient running of theteam.
About the role
- Conducting arrival and departure meetingswithinternationalassignees.
- Build and maintainrelationshipswithclientsand provide a high level ofclientservice.
- Manageand coach junior members of theteamto ensure a high standard ofclientdelivery.
- Assist in the management ofthe successfuldeliveryoftaxprojects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical/businessdriven approach.
What we are looking for
- ATT or CTA qualified
- Extensive relevantexpatriatetax/globalmobilityexperience.
- Experienceof managingexpatriatetaxprogramswitha track record of high-qualitydelivery.
- Strong practical knowledge of current GMadvisoryissues including SRT, SocialSecurityand PWDpost Brexit, Doubletaxtreaties, NRDs, modified payroll, remote workers, PAYEobligations.
