Customer Service Advisor – Chorley | Flexible Hours & Early Fridays

The Best Connection in Chorley is seeking a friendly, organised Customer Service Advisor to join a busy team. This role focuses on helping customers, logging queries in the CRM, and resolving issues promptly. You will handle a variety of queries, arrange collections for returns, raise credits when needed, and work with colleagues to ensure high service levels.

37 hours per week with shifts from 08:00 to 18:00 and an early finish on Fridays. Occasional Saturday overtime may be available.
