Mortgage & Loans Customer Advisor — Hybrid, Glasgow

Santander in Glasgow is seeking Customer Service Advisors to join the Homes Direct (Servicing) team. You will handle mortgage and loan queries by phone, with potential Live Chat support after training, delivering friendly, professional service.

The role is 35 hours per week, on a rota from Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00 and Saturday 08:00-14:00 (with a day off in lieu). The package includes a 25,000 starting salary, a 500 flexible benefit allowance, and an 8% discretionary bonus.
