Hours: 2pm – 12pm Monday to Thursday

Salary:£13.50 – £16.50 per hour

Shift Premium:Additional£3.00 per hourbetween 5pm and 12am

Are you ready to join a dynamic team delivering precise and professional powder coating services?

We are seeking a dedicated Paint Line Operative to play a vital role in the paint operations department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of the powder coating process including loading and unloading components
• Apply powder coating using spray guns with accuracy and care
• Maintain equipment such as spray guns, ovens, and conveyor systems
• Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping standards on the paint line
• Handle manual tasks involving lifting and moving heavy items safely
• Stand throughout the entire shift while maintaining focus and productivity

• Steady hands and attention to detail for precise application
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and work in hot environments near curing ovens
• Ability to lift and move heavy parts safely
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
