Customer Experience & Events Host – Flexible Hours

Tenpin is hiring a Customer Service Assistant in the UK. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries and identify sales opportunities while hosting events and serving food and drinks.

The role involves working across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms, and children’s parties to ensure a memorable visitor experience. We welcome energetic, confident individuals aged 16+ who can work evenings and weekends in a busy, fun atmosphere.
