Maintenance Technician – Property Care & Compliance (London)

Homes for Students is seeking a Maintenance Operative for The Paragon in London. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across the property, uphold statutory compliance, and report issues to suppliers and contractors.

The role requires initiative, teamwork, and a proactive approach to deliver a high-quality customer experience. Working 40 hours per week, 9:00am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday, within a supportive team and diverse environment.
