Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to cover Brighton, Tunbridge and surrounding areas in East Sussex. You will conduct pre/post-inspection and produce reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs, while engaging with customers, leaseholders and stakeholders.
You will plan and coordinate repair, maintenance and construction work to achieve cost, time and quality targets.
